These suites enjoy a seafront location and have heated seawater pools and fresh water shower; their living rooms boast a fireplace, guest washroom, high-fidelity electronics and high-speed internet connection. Each bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite bathroom with an air-bath tub and steam shower or private Sauna. All Presidential suites have access from their terrace or garden to a jetty or the beach where sunshades and sundecks are specially reserved for each Suite.

approx. 180 m² of indoor space on three levels served by a private elevator; located directly on the seafront with private access to the sea; top floor features: large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with an Airbath® tub and steam shower enclosure, private balcony with an outstanding view of Mirabello Bay; mezzanine level features a dining area, guest washroom, staff quarters with shower /WC; lower level features: expansive living area with raised fireplace and hi-fidelity electronics, including plasma TV and surround sound, master bedroom with large bathroom featuring an Airbath® tub and a steam shower enclosure and a dressing room; 170 m² garden leads down to a private bathing jetty by the sea with private heated outdoor pool.

Peninsula Residence:
